    • What should I order?

We are dedicated to achieving the highest levels of quality and safety in outpatient imaging. We developed these Imaging Indication Guidelines to help you choose imaging examinations that will answer your clinical questions for your patients.

We hope they will assist you in the pre-authorization and Medicare Appropriate Use Criteria processes.

    • CPT coding and ICD 10 guides

All NCDI locations require that all radiology orders include ICD-10 diagnosis code(s).

ICD-10 code(s)must be written on the order so we can expedite your patient’s authorization. Failure to include ICD-10 code(s) may result in a callback to your office for an updated order, thus delaying your
      patient’s appointment.
